This free class is our way of inviting you to see if CrossFit Indianapolis meets your needs. At CFI, we want our members to walk out the door feeling accomplished and like they are a better version of themselves.
Common QUestions
We would first, want you reach to to us, so we could learn about you and let you know what we are about.
Then, we would get you signed up for your first FREE Basics program class.
Finally, we would get you to complete the three sessions of Basics classes to expose you to what the CrossFit methodology is. This will best prepare you for an All-Levels CrossFit classes.
You absolutely can still do CrossFit. CrossFit is a form of fitness with many options for modifying our movements to best accommodate your fitness routine. The knees and back joints are complex and need strengthening of the muscles around them.
You will get to know our members are very supportive of one another. This can a large contributing factor for some of our athletes to stay motivated during their fitness journey.
We do offer couple memberships to those that are thinking of joining together. Reach out to owners@crossfitindianapolis.com for more information.
We do offer discounts for first responders, teachers, students and couples.
CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes, centered on training and nutrition. Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements, and are most fun and effective among friends at a local CrossFit gym.
